Why is there a yearly fee?
The yearly fee is for website hosting. This is a necessary part of your website. These prices are the same as seen on our Website Hosting page. If you have your own hosting and it meets the minimum requirements of the Website package that you've chosen then we are more than happy to use that instead!
Are your websites mobile compatible?
Yes, all our websites are mobile compatible and they look great too! With over 50% of internet users browsing via a mobile device you'd be crazy not to have a mobile compatible website!
Can I update the website myself?
You certainly can! Before we handover the website to you we ensure that you know how to change what you want to change. Even if you get stuck we are available 7 days a week to offer any extra assistance that you may need!
Are your websites ready for Google? (SEO Friendly)
Yes! All our websites are built and constructed with SEO (Search Engine Optomisation) in mind and naturally rank very well!
What do you need from me?
When we're building a website for you or your business we require the following:
- Images
- Content - writing, menus, etc
- Business ABN - if required
- Login details to your current domain management & hosting (if we're using your host)

Can you add an eCommerce store to the Starter Business Pack later on?
We sure can! All our websites are set-up & ready for an eCommerce store. We can add this at a later date when your business is ready to take that step!

How long will my new website take?
